A person who implements state policy or is a member of the parliament not considered an expert in this monitoring.

Monitoring sample: January 1st, 2021December 31, 2021. Different national media channels have been selected for monitoring – radio, television, news portals, the press and those programs and sections (news portals) where the probability of expert evaluation is the highest.

The aim was to select only the original content of the news portals, therefore the monitoring did not include articles published on weekends, content of partners, articles from news services ELTA, BNS, repulsed articles of other portals and publications prepared according to the content of TV or radio programs.

No special software was used for monitoring - the work has been done manually.
